Thereâs a lot of work to be done, but you may feel a bit overloaded and in need of a mental health day. Instead of powering through, ask someone to step in for you. You may hesitate to ask because you donât think they see the vision of what you are trying to accomplish, however, remember that you are just taking a break — they donât need to finish the entire project. Delegate a few basic tasks and enjoy your time off. The energy you’re feeling has little or nothing to do with those vitamins you’ve been swallowing lately and everything to do with the mood you’re in and the wonderful way things have been going lately. Does it also have something to do with a certain person you’ve been seeing a lot more of? Nice how things work out, isn’t it? And it’s only going to get better!
